Refurbished Computer SALE!
Desktops & Laptops
Three easy steps to receive a computer:
1 Write a letter: Each family is asked to write a letter/essay explaining why they cannot afford a new computer and how a computer will help their children and family.
Your letter helps TeamChildren determine circumstances of your family and documents how we are making a difference. Please include your name, address, phone number,
your family and documents how we are making a difference. Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and if you have one, a picture of your family. We love great letters!
2 Contribute Financially: Everyone is asked to pay an administrative fee from $50-$225. Minimum deposit of $25 or the full amount of the computer you choose (check or money order) must be included in your letter. The amount you contribute is only a small portion of what it actually costs to help you receive a computer. To raise the additional funds, we are reaching out to area businesses and foundations. Select the computer you can afford and pay your balance when you come to pick it up.
3 Volunteer: Each family that receives computer is required to volunteer for two hours on the day you pick up your computer. If this is a problem, you can request an alternative form of volunteering.
Everyone who submits a letter will receive a computer.
